These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Genora, an AI-powered image generation platform, including the website at genora.framer.website and all related features and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Genora ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Eligibility

3. Subscription Plans
Genora offers Free, Team, and Pro subscription plans, each with different features, generation limits, and pricing as described on our pricing page. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others
Generate content that depicts real, identifiable individuals without their consent, or that sexualizes or exploits minors
Generate content intended to harass, deceive, defraud, or impersonate any person or entity
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code of the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Upload brand assets, images, or materials you do not have the right to use
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.
5. Your Content and Ownership
You retain ownership of the prompts, reference images, and brand assets you upload ("Your Content"). Subject to your subscription plan and applicable law, you generally own the images generated from Your Content ("Generated Content"), except where Generated Content substantially incorporates third-party or copyrighted material you did not have rights to use.
By uploading Your Content, you grant Genora a limited license to process, store, and use it solely to provide and improve the Service, as further described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its underlying software, models, design, and branding, is owned by Genora and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Genora's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our prior written consent.
7. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer
Generated Content is produced by AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate, unexpected, or resemble existing works unintentionally. Genora makes no guarantee regarding the originality, accuracy, or fitness of any Generated Content for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before using it for any commercial or public purpose.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, social platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Genora, other users, or third parties. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GENORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You agree to indemnify and hold Genora harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
